Ecommerce Optimisation Coordinator - WC1N 2BF London, United Kingdom

Ecommerce Optimisation Coordinator
Reporting to Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for product launch & takedown, executing campaigns and promotions, enhancing online merchandising and user experience. You will support driving our conversion and AOV KPIs and ambitious online sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Launch new products in time of product arrival at the warehouse. Update existing products and fix issues timely. Manage and upload product data in the back-end and front-end systems including product name, description, translations, weight, categories, images, etc. Work with cross-functional teams to gather product data.
• Suggest and implement ideas to enrich product information, attributes, badging, category and PDP images to drive conversion/sales and measure results.
• Optimise product discovery and product presentation covering seasonal navigation/taxonomy review, monthly curated features, category sequence, default colours, filters, sort by, site search, cross-sells to drive each conversion funnel step, AOV and UPT. Report the results of actions. Regular check and request on stock replenishment of bestsellers.
• Set up campaigns and promotions accurately and timely, and maximise messaging presentation.
• Collaborate with content team to improve category and product content to drive conversion and sales.
• Benchmark competitors, follow ecommerce trends and best practices, and suggest improvements. Constantly optimise landing pages and user journey. Make the most out of existing and new APPs including AB test and personalisation capabilities. Come up with new ideas to enhance conversion funnel.
• Raise tickets to IT team and web development agency about site issues and follow them up.
• Support weekly and monthly report creation. Use Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to pinpoint problem areas, and gain insights into the cause and effect between actions and KPIs.
• Assist Managers and team members in additional tasks where needed.
The ideal candidate:
• 1-2 years’ proven experience in ecommerce and online merchandising at fashion, homeware or lifestyle brands.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce or SFCC. Expertise in HTML and CSS is advantageous.
• Commercially minded and digitally savvy. Solid computer skills balanced by good aesthetics for visual presentation.
• Analytical skills and competency in Google Analytics.
• Highly organised. Good attention to detail. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
• Proactive and self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills. Passionate about ecommerce industry.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Educated to degree level.
• Proficiency in any of the following languages would be a plus: German, French, Italian or Spanish.


Salary – Competitive.
Full-Time working hours are 39 hours per week 5 days a week , Monday to Friday.
Remote working and working in the Bedford House, Office at least twice a week.
