CRM Specialist Europe - Paris, France Full-Time We are entering an exciting growth phase across Europe and are seeking a creative and analytical CRM Specialist drive customer engagement and loyalty.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our CRM strategy—from segmenting audiences and crafting compelling copy to deploying multi-channel campaigns and analyzing performance to improve customer retention, streamline the sales funnel, and execute high-performing automated marketing campaigns. You will ensure our data is clean, our workflows are efficient, and our insights are actionable. You will be the voice of our brand in our customers' inboxes.
What you’ll be doing: • CRM Strategy & Execution (Core of the Role) o Campaign Management: Plan and deploy high-volume email, SMS, and Push notification campaigns. o Content & Copywriting: Draft engaging, on-brand copy and coordinate with the design team for visual assets. o Segmentation Strategy: Use data to build smart customer segments (e.g., VIPs, at-risk users, new leads) to ensure the right message reaches the right person. o A/B Testing: Constantly test subject lines, layouts, and send times to optimize Open Rates and Click-Through Rates (CTR). o Customer Journey Mapping: Build and maintain automated "lifecycle" flows to enhance personalization strategies based on behavior and purchase data o Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics and provide weekly insights on how CRM efforts are hitting revenue targets and analyse customer lifecycle evolution and retention metrics o Admin: Support the management and optimisation of the CRM platform Klaviyo, including vendor coordination and contract follow-up • Loyalty & Retention Development o Promotion Design Support: Assist in defining, designing and rollout of MUJI Europe’s loyalty and membership. • Cross-Functional Collaboration o Work closely with E-commerce, Retail, Brand, and Data consultants to align CRM initiatives with broader commercial and brand strategies. o Coordinate CRM activation across local European markets, ensuring consistency while adapting to market-specific needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Engagement : Open Rates, CTR, and Unsubscribe Rates. • Conversion : Revenue generated per email/campaign. • Retention : Reduction in churn rate and increase in active member rate and repeat purchase frequency.
Profile we’re Looking For • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing • Experience managing multi-market or multi-language campaigns is a strong plus
