Simplicity is at the heart of MUJI’s philosophy, its product design and a core principle that underpins everything we do for our customers – we keep it simple.
The same should apply to how we operate the MUJI Europe business. Across 10 countries and over 30 stores, each with different requirements, customer needs and priorities, it’s not always easy to keep things simple but when everyone takes responsibility for continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary complexity in our processes, store operations or meetings, we can simplify the life of our employees.
Our employees are pragmatic and always focus on the end-user or customer.
We encourage everyone to leverage our network across Europe to share ideas, learn from each other and experiment with new and simpler ways of doing business.
